LA MACHINE JUDICIAIRE EXPRIME SA SOLIDARITÉ ENVERS DEUX MACHINES BIOMÉTRIQUES
Les trois personnes accusées d’avoir dégradé le 17 novembre dernier les bornes de contrôle biométrique du lycée de la Vallée de Chevreuse ont été condamnées à trois mois de prison avec sursis, 500 euros d’amende (pour l’intrusion dans le lycée) et 9086 euros de dommages et intérêts (pour les machines). Les trois accusé-e-s ont été jugé-e-s coupables, co-auteurs de la dégradation.
Ils ont décidé de faire appel de cette décision.
C’est un jugement cybernétique. À aucun moment n’a été discutée la question centrale de ce procès : que de telles machines n’ont rien à faire dans une école ni ailleurs. Les circuits électroniques ont été défendus contre le simple bon sens.
Ce verdict est un soutien objectif à la diffusion massive de cette technologie, entreprise menée par l’État et l’industrie.
Nous sommes de celles et ceux qui refusent de se résigner à cet état de fait.
Le collectif contre la biométrie
